The City of Williamsburg Public Works Department is looking for a seasonal winter employee.  Applicant must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A Class B CDL would be beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to lift 50 pounds and have working knowledge of the operations of snow removal equipment is required.  The hours will be flexible and rely solely on the length and duration of clean-up during and after snow events (may include nights and weekends per the supervisor’s discretion).  Applications are available at City Hall, 210 W State St.  Position remains open until filled.  The City of Williamsburg is an equal opportunity employer.  The law prohibits discrimination in hiring due to age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin, religion, disability or veteran’s status.
