NOTICE OF HEARING

To the Residents of the City of Williamsburg, Iowa

You are hereby notified that the City Council of Williamsburg, Iowa has passed Resolution #58-23 concerning the proposed disposition of public property.  The City Council has determined that it is in the City’s best interest to allow a tract of land located near the intersection of North Street and West Street, Williamsburg, Iowa to revert back to its original parcel.  

The City considers it in the public’s best interests to return this parcel of property to private hands.  This will permit the real estate to continue to be used for the best and highest public use.  

The matter is now before the City Council and will come on for hearing at 6:30 p.m. on June 26, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall at Williamsburg, Iowa.  Anyone having any objections may appear at said time and place and be heard.
